摘　　要：表面活性剂是一种常见的工业化学品,能有效降低液体的表面张力,在工农业生产和日常生活中扮演着必不可少的角色。随着对表面活性剂要求的不断提高,传统的表面活性剂难以完全满足人类的需求,以可再生的糖类物质为原料生产表面活性剂成为重要的方向。本文总结了糖基表面活性剂的研究现状、糖基表面活性剂的基本种类和相应的合成路线,并归纳了其性质与化学结构之间的关系。Surfactant is a kind of common industrial chemicals,which can effectively reduce the surface tension of liquid,so it plays an essential role in industrial production,agriculture and daily life.With the increasing demand of surfactant,traditional surfactant can not fully meet the needs of human beings,and the surfactant produced by renewable sugar substances has become an important direction.In this paper,we summarize the research status,basic types and corresponding synthesis routes of sugar based surfactants,and sum up the relationship between their chemical structure and property.
