摘 要:针对草浆细小组分含量高、滤水性能差的问题,研究了3种助留助滤系统对草浆性能的影响,结果表明:单组分助留助滤系统可以改善草浆的滤水性能,当加入0.10%助滤剂时,滤水性能提高了9.33%;双组分助留助滤系统可以进一步改善草浆的滤水性能,当加入0.10%助滤剂和0.02%助留剂时,滤水性能提高了19.43%;三元助留助滤系统可以明显改善草浆的滤水性能,当加入0.10%助滤剂、0.02%助留剂和0.3%的聚合氯化铝时,滤水性能提高了24.35%;使用双组份助留助滤剂时,对提升纸张的物理性能有积极作用。Aiming at the problem of high content of fine components in straw pulp and poor water filtration performance,the paper studied the effects of three retention and drainage aid systems on the performance of straw pulp.The results show that a single-component retention and drainage aid system can improve the filtration performance of straw pulp.When 0.10%filter aid is added,the filter performance is increased by 9.33%.The two-component retention and filter aid system can further improve the filter performance of straw pulp.When 0.10%filter aid and 0.02%retention aid are added,the water filtration performance is increased by 19.43%.The ternary retention and filtration aid system can significantly improve the filtration performance of straw pulp.When 0.10%filter aid,0.02%retention aid and 0.3%polyaluminum chloride are added,the water filtration performance is increased by 24.35%.When two-component retention and drainage aid is used,it can improve the physical properties of paper.
