摘　　要：基于新旧动能转换指标体系和可视化工具,设计了针对城市的新旧动能转换评价APP,并在山东省主要新旧动能转换城市进行了实际应用。系统以指标信息为基础,结合地理信息和移动端快速响应的特点,实现了得分展示、指标分析、指标评价功能。该系统对于推进城市新旧动能转换评价的高效化、精确化实施具有重要的意义。The conversion of new and old kinetic energy is the theme of urban and even regional economic development in the future.Based on the index data and geographical information,it is particularly important to quickly and accurately analyze the new and old kinetic energy conversion for a specific city through reasonable weight calculation and setting.Based on the index system and visualization tools,we designed an App for evaluating the new and old kinetic energy conversion of cities,and applied it to the major new and old kinetic energy conversion cities in Shandong Province.Based on the index information,combining the characteristics of geographical information and fast response mobile terminal,this system realized the functions of scoring display,index analysis and index evaluation.The system is of great significance for promoting the efficient and accurate implementation of the new and old kinetic energy conversion evaluation.
