摘　　要：便携式阻抗自动测试仪(简称“测试仪”)用于电子产品阻抗的自动测量和现场数据记录,测试仪高度集成,实现了电子产品阻抗的高速、高精度、多点自动测量,可用于电子工程中产品阻抗的精密测量,为同类产品的开发提供了思路。The portable automatic impedance measurement system can be used to measure the impedance of electronic products automatically,and to take down the field data immediately.It is integrated highly and realize the measurement of the impedance of electronic products with lots of testing-Points and high precision automatically.It present the good way for the developing of the Similar Products.
