摘　　要：文章提出一种恒温晶体振荡器(Oven Controlled Crystal Oscillator,简称OCXO)抽检测试系统设计,实现OCXO多指标自动测试,大幅提高工作效率,并自动处理测试数据生成抽检报告,将手动处理数据出错的风险降低至零。对系统的结构与功能进行详细地阐述,并对系统的软件设计与硬件实现进行简要的说明。A design of Oven Controlled Crystal Oscillator(OCXO)sampling testing system was proposed in this paper.Automatic testing of OCXO indexes was realized,which greatly improved the work efficiency,automatically processed test data,and generated sampling test report,thus reducing the risk of error of manual data processing to zero.The structure and function of the system are described in detail,and the software design and hardware implementation of the system are briefly described.
