摘　　要：在脱贫攻坚工作中,有着大量的数据需要采集,并形成Excel报表提交。传统的方法是利用笔、纸进行现场数据采集,再人工利用键盘将采集到的数据利用Excel软件录入计算机中并形成相应文件,该方法工作效率低下。本文以解决该问题为出发点,结合基层现有软硬件条件,紧盯核心技术节点,确定工作流程,并形成基于移动终端和Excel快速实现扶贫数据报表的简单可行的方法,实现利用科技手段为基层干部进一步减负。In the work of poverty alleviation,a large amount of data needs to be collected and submitted in the form of an Excel report.The traditional method,specifically of using pen and paper to collect on-site data,manually transmitting the collected data into the computer using Excel for generating the relevant document,is extremely low-efficient.Aiming at boosting efficiency with the awareness of existing situation of software and hardware,this paper is focusing on the core technology nodes,setting up the workflow and creating a simple and feasible method based on mobile terminals and Excel to generate prompt data reports of poverty alleviation,so that the workload of grassroots cadres could be further reduced.
