摘 要:以热敏料液的常压、低温、低能耗浓缩分离为目标,设计了一种热泵-气隙式膜蒸馏集成装置,介绍了其工作过程和特点.给出了装置中基本单元的特性方程,对装置的造水比和产水速率等性能指标随中空纤维疏水膜长度、中空纤维疏水膜数量、膜平均孔径、料液质量流量、料液进膜蒸馏组件温度、吸热液进膜蒸馏组件温度等关键参数的变化规律进行计算模拟,可为热泵-气隙式膜蒸馏集成装置的优化设计和调控提供参考.A heat pump-air gap membrane distillation integrated device was designed for low energy consumption concentration and separation of the heat sensitive liquid at atmospheric pressure and low temperature.The working process,the characteristics of the device and the characteristic equations of basic units in the device were introduced in this paper.The device performance indexes such as gained output ratio and water production rate,which could change with the key parameters,including the length and number of hollow fiber hydrophobic membrane,membrane pore diameter,flow rate of feed liquid,as well as the temperature of feed and endothermic liquid into the membrane distillation module,were calculated and simulated.The results could provide some reference for the optimization and regulation of the device.
