摘 要:输出推力峰值和机械效率是导弹电磁弹射器驱动直线感应电机的重要性能指标。驱动电机的极距、初级槽形尺寸、绕组线圈匝数、次级尺寸和电磁气隙等对其都会产生影响。将这些参数作为变量,以驱动电机输出推力峰值、机械效率以及推力与机械效率之积作为目标函数,基于遗传算法对弹射器驱动电机的一个供电段进行参数优化,对比分析不同优化结果电机的性能优劣,通过二维有限元仿真对优化结果进行验证。结果表明:在驱动电机激励源为恒压源且供电频率不变的情况下,以推力效率乘积为优化目标进行优化的效果较好,优化后的推力峰值和机械效率分别提高了56.7%、24%,推力输出稳定,驱动电机性能得到明显改善。Output thrust peak value and mechanical efficiency are important performance indicators for linear induction motor driven by missile electromagnetic ejectors. The pole pitch, slot width and depth of primary teeth, the number of winding coil turns, secondary size and electromagnetic air gap of the drive motor will affect them.Taking these parameters as variables, taking the output thrust peak, mechanical efficiency and the product of thrust and mechanical efficiency as the objective functions, the parameters of a power supply section of the ejector drive motor were optimized based on genetic algorithm. The performance of the motors with different optimization results was compared and analyzed, with the optimization results verified by two-dimensional finite element simulation.The results show that under the condition that the excitation source of the drive motor is a constant voltage source and the power supply frequency is constant, the thrust efficiency product as the optimization objective is better. The thrust peak value and mechanical efficiency are increased by 56.7% and 24% respectively after optimization, and the thrust output is stable, which significantly improves the performance of the drive motor.
