摘 要:针对炮口测速装置初速测量精度受测速基准设备(天幕靶、初速雷达等)、火炮技术状态、试验方法与数据处理方法等因素影响较大的问题,从天幕靶的测速可靠性、火炮后坐速度的一致性、转管炮射速的不稳定性、火炮车体振动及数据剔除方法等方面进行分析与研究,提出了一种相对科学合理的炮口测速精度考核试验方法。该方法是以较高精度的天幕靶作为其基准设备,利用改进的均方差公式进行数据合格性检验判别,经试验验证,具有一定的可操作性,可指导相关产品的精度考核。In response to the problem that the accuracy of muzzle velocity measurement device is greatly affected by the velocity measurement reference equipment(awning target, initial velocity radar, etc.), artillery technical status, test method, and data processing method, an analysis as well as a study was conducted from such aspects as the reliability of awning target velocity measurement, the uniformity of artillery recoil speed, the instability of barrel gun velocity, the vibration of artillery body and the method of data elimination. Through analysis and research, a set of relatively scientific and reasonable assessment test method for muzzle velocity measurement accuracy was put forward. This method takes the high-precision awning target as its benchmark equipment and uses the improved mean square deviation formula to carry out data qualification test and discrimination. It has a certain operability quality and can guide the accuracy assessment of relevant products through test verification.
