摘  要:针对圆柱塞分送装置设计出一种新型控制回路,旨在提升设备加工精度和降低工人劳动强度。根据设计要求对系统所需继电器、传感器、延时阀等元器件进行理论分析,运用FluidSim软件设计出两种控制回路,并对两种控制回路分别进行实验安装调试;两种控制回路通过系统安装调试运行效果良好,验证了设计回路的可行性;通过对两种控制回路进行对比分析,电气控制回路通过时间继电器来延时,不仅可以实现定量控制,而且容易实现自动控制,动作顺序非常灵活,准确达到设计要求。A new control circuit for the cylinder plug distributing device designed,it aims to improve the machining accuracy of equipment and reduce the labor intensity of workers.According to the design requirements,the relay,sensor,delay valve and other components needed in the system are analyzed theoretically.Two control loops are designed by FluidSIM software,and the two control loops are installed and debugged respectively.Two kinds of control loop through the system installation debugging operation effect are good,and the feasibility of the design loop is verified.Through the comparative analysis of the two control circuits,the electrical control loop is delayed by a time relay.It can not only realize quantitative control,but also realize automatic control easily,the movement sequence is very flexible and meets the design requirements accurately.
