摘  要:主要介绍了BIM(Building Information Modeling)技术以及装配式建筑,并结合实际装配式建筑案例工程在BIM技术的运用中产生的价值开展研究。研究结果表明:BIM技术在装配式建筑中应用与构件生产和安装十分适用,不仅能够精准定义其尺寸,还可以为预留的空洞和开槽等相关精细作业提前做好设计工作。BIM技术的应用对于减少传统施工中的不可预见问题,故可以提高工作效率。通过可视化的三维模型与进度和成本的关联,模拟建造过程可以直接反应建造情况,从设计、生产到施工密切配合,其协同性为合理施工提供了保障和支持。BIM technology and prefabricated building were introduced.Combining with the actual prefabricated building case project,the value generated under the application of BIM technology was studied.The results show that BIM technology is very suitable for the application in prefabricated buildings and the production and installation of components.It can not only accurately define the dimensions,but also prepare the design work in advance for the detailed operations such as reserved cavities and grooves.Therefore,BIM technology has a great effect on reducing unforeseen problems in traditional construction and can improve work efficiency.The practice also shows that the simulation of construction process can directly reflect the construction situation through the correlation between the visual 3D model and schedule and cost,and the close coordination from design,production to construction can provide guarantee and support for reasonable construction.
