摘  要:针对纤维轻质混凝土制备过程中轻骨料上浮与纤维结团2种现象,通过预湿处理与添加分散剂法进行试验研究,并利用处理之后的陶瓷纤维与轻骨料进行水泥胶砂试验与工作性能测试。结果表明:对轻骨料进行24 h预湿处理可以有效阻止轻骨料上浮现象,添加溶液质量的0.075%聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)可以达到最佳纤维分散效果,分散后的陶瓷纤维水泥胶砂试件3 d、28 d抗压强度相比未分散陶瓷纤维水泥胶砂试件分别提高了13%、28%,抗折强度分别提高了35%、79%,额外添加陶瓷纤维溶液质量的1.96%减水剂可以保证分散后混凝土的流动均匀性。Aiming at the two phenomena of light aggregate uplift and fiber agglomeration during the preparation of fiber lightweight concrete.The pre-wet treatment and the addition of dispersant were used to conduct the experimental study,and the treated ceramic fiber and light aggregate were used for cement Sand test and working performance test.The results show that the 24 hours pre-wet treatment of light aggregate can effectively prevent the light aggregate from floating,and the addition of 0.075%polyacrylamide(PAM)with water quality can achieve the best fiber dispersion effect.The dispersed ceramic fiber cement mortar The 3 days and 28 days compressive strength of the specimens are 13%and 28%higher than those of the non-dispersed ceramic fiber cement mortar specimens,respectively and the flexural strength is 35%and 79%,respectively.The addition of 1.96%water reducing agent of ceramic fiber solution quality can ensure the uniformity of the flow of the concrete after dispersion.
