黑龙江省物流园区发展中存在的问题和对策建议

摘　　要：受新冠肺炎疫情影响,黑龙江省物流业面临着前所未有的机遇和挑战。物流园区作为物流业的功能承载区域,其发展和建设对物流业发展至关重要。当前,伴随着黑龙江省物流业机制体制的不断完善,面对着不断扩大的市场需求,应充分发挥地域优势、环境优势和政策优势,加快推进物流业高质量发展,发挥物流中心的集散优势、技术优势和对外合作优势,使物流园区向着功能更集中、信息平台更综合等方向发展。Affected by the COVID-19 epidemic,Heilongjiang's logistics industry is facing hitherto unknown opportunities and challenges.A logistics park is the function bearing area of the logistics industry,the development and construction of which is very important to the development of the logistics industry.At present,with the continuous improvement of the mechanism and system of the logistics industry in Heilongjiang Province,facing the expanding market demand,we should give full play to regional advantages,environmental advantages and policy advantages,accelerate the high-quality development of the logistics industry.We should also give full play to the advantages of distribution,technology and foreign cooperation of the logistics center,so as to make the logistics parks more centralized in functions and more comprehensive in information platform development.
