福建省森林资源-经济-环境系统协调发展动态分析

摘　　要：选取2007—2017年福建省森林资源、经济发展水平和环境状况方面数据,构建福建省森林资源-经济-环境系统的动态评价指标体系,利用主成分分析法、协调度模型测算福建省森林资源-经济-环境系统的综合发展水平和子系统间的协调程度。结果表明:2007—2017年福建省环境同经济的发展水平位于中度协调阶段;森林资源同经济、环境的协调发展水平较低,是制约经济发展的主要因素,对环境系统的影响与反馈较显著;森林资源-经济-环境系统整体的协调发展水平呈现正“U”型,三者相互促进又相互制约。福建省今后发展生态经济应着力提高资源利用效率与管理水平、提高经济发展质量。The study builds a dynamic evaluation index system of forest resources-economy-environment system in Fujian Province based on the data of forest resources,economic development level and environmental conditions from 2007 to 2017,and uses the coupling coordination model to estimate forest resources-economy-environment of Fujian Province and the comprehensive development level of the system and the degree of coordination between the subsystems.The results show that:From 2007 to 2017,the development level of the environment and the economy in Fujian Province is in a moderately coordinated stage;The level of coordinated development of forest resources with the economy and the environment is relatively low,which is the main factor restricting economic development and has a significant impact and feedback on env ironmental system;The overall coordinated development level of the forest resources-economy-environment system presents a positive"U"shape,and the three promote and restrict each other.So the future development of the ecological economy in Fujian Province should focus on improving resource utilization efficiency and management level,and improving the quality of economic development.
