品管圈在提高肿瘤患者化疗给药及时率中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨品管圈在提高肿瘤患者化疗给药及时率中的应用效果。方法选取2018年11~12月南方医科大学顺德医院血液内科收治的40例肿瘤患者作为对照组,共进行100人次的化疗治疗,采用常规流程和方法进行化疗给药;2019年1~3月收治的74例肿瘤患者作为品管圈组,共进行311人次的化疗治疗,采取品管圈活动方案进行化疗给药。比较两组患者的化疗给药及时率和圈员们的品管圈手法、脑力开发、团队精神、责任荣誉、活动信心以及沟通协调6个维度的评分。结果品管圈组患者的化疗给药及时率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后圈员们的品管圈手法、脑力开发、团队精神、责任荣誉、活动信心以及沟通协调6个维度的评分均高于干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论品管圈活动可显著提高肿瘤患者化疗给药的及时率,提升了圈员们的综合能力,值得临床推广运用。Objective To explore the application effect of quality control circle in improving the timely rate of chemotherapy for tumor patients.Methods A total of 40 cancer patients admitted to the Department of Hematology of Shunde hospital of Southern Medical University from November to December 2018 were selected as the control group,and chemotherapy was carried out by routine procedures and methods,with a total of 100 chemotherapy treatments.From January to March 2019,74 cancer patients were selected as the quality control circle(QCR)group,who were treated with chemotherapy by the quality control circle activity program,with a total of 311 times of chemotherapy treatments.The timely rate of chemotherapy,the 6 dimensions concluded the circle members′skills,mental development,team spirit,responsibility and honor,activity confidence,communication and coordination scores were compared between the two groups.Results The timely rate of chemotherapy in QCR group was higher than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of 6 dimensions concluded the circle members′skills,mental development,team spirit,responsibility and honor,activity confidence,communication and coordination in QCR group were higher than those before intervention,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion QCR activity can significantly improve the timely rate of chemotherapy for cancer patients,improve the comprehensive ability of circle members,and is worthy of clinical application.
