陈湘君教授论治类风湿关节炎的经验分析

摘　　要：类风湿关节炎(RA)是一种以对称性关节炎、小关节炎、多关节炎为主要特征的慢性、炎症性自身免疫病;RA可导致患者痛苦、残疾、生活质量下降、死亡,中医药治疗RA可为RA患者带来希望。本文从RA的病因病机、分期辨证论治、虫类药的合理使用、中药内外合治法、典型病案等方面分析了陈湘君教授在RA的中医药治疗思路,初步总结了陈湘君教授以扶正为主、内外合治的诊治策略和用药经验,希望能提高中医药治疗RA的效果。Rheumatoid Arthritis(RA)is a chronic,inflammatory autoimmune disease mainly characterized by symmetrical arthritis,minor arthritis,and polyarthritis.RA can cause patients pain,disability,decreased quality of life,and death.Traditional Chinese Medicine in treating RA can bring hope to RA patients.This article analyzes the thoughts of Professor CHEN Xiang-jun in the treatment of RA in terms of the etiology and pathogenesis of RA,staged differentiation of symptoms and signs,rational use of insect medicines,the treatment method of the internal and external combined treatment of chinese herbs,and typical cases.It initially summarized Professor CHEN Xiang-jun′s diagnosis and treatment strategies,and medication experience based on therapeutic method of strengthening healthy qi,treatment method of the internal and external combined treatment of chinese herbs.It is expected to improve the efficacy of Traditional Chinese Medicine in treating RA.
