摘  要:对2016年7月在舟山近岸海域5个航段周日连续观测采集的海水样品,分别在舟山(航行结束后在浙江海洋大学实验室)和青岛(45 d后在中国海洋大学实验室)进行了营养盐分析测定,并对分析数据和结果进行了对比.结果表明,在舟山测定的营养盐数据质量优于在青岛测定的数据.基于对比分析,探讨了样品贮存的重要性,其中样品贮存温度和贮存时间对待测要素存在较大影响.同时总结了在海洋要素分析中数据异常值舍去的方法,最终提出必须严格遵守样品采集、处理、贮存和实验室操作方面的规范,从而保证所测数据的可靠性.Comparison of analytical results of nutrients in seawater was carried out based on the samples collected at five stations of continuous observations in the Zhoushan coastal sea area in July of 2016.These samples were analyzed both in Zhoushan(laboratory of Zhejiang Ocean University),just after the cruise and in Qingdao(laboratory of Ocean University of China)45 d late.Results showed the quality of data that was determined in Zhoushan was better than that in Qingdao.Based on the comparison,the importance of the condition of sample storage was discussed,among which the temperature and the duration of storage exhibited high impacts.In addition,methods for removing anomalous data were proposed in the analysis of marine samples.It is recommended that we should focus on the sampling,pretreatment and storage of samples as well as the laboratory operations to ensure the data reliability.
