摘　　要：该文针对生产中出现的爆瓷、裂瓷问题,分析其产生的原因,并提出对应的控制措施。通过改进搪瓷的生产工艺,提高了铸铁搪瓷浴缸产品的成品率,减少了损失,提高了效率。In view of chipped and cracked enamel in production,this paper analyzes the causes and puts forward the corresponding control measures.By improving the production process of enamel,manufacturers can increase the yield of cast iron enamel bathtubs,reduce the loss and improve the efficiency.
