脑立清胶囊联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病合并高血压的疗效及对血清Salusin-β和Apelin水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨脑立清胶囊联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病合并高血压的疗效以及对血清Salusin-β和孤独G蛋白偶联受体配体(Apelin)水平的影响。方法选取2016年7月至2018年7月收治的冠心病合并高血压患者90例。按随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组45例。在接受常规治疗的基础上,对照组给予曲美他嗪20 mg,po,tid;观察组给予曲美他嗪20 mg,po,tid+脑立清胶囊3粒,po,bid。连续治疗12周后,比较2组血压、心功能、血清Salusin-β和Apelin水平。结果与对照组比较,观察组患者治疗后左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)和左心室收缩末期内径(LVESD)降低更明显,左心室射血分数(LVEF)、舒张早期/舒张晚期最大血流速度(E/A)和六分钟步行试验(6 MWT)中步行总距离升高更显著(P<0.01)。治疗后,2组患者的24 h平均收缩压(24 h SBP)、舒张压(24 h DBP)均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.01),但组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。与对照组比较,观察组患者治疗后血清Salusin-β水平降低更明显,Apelin水平升高更显著(P<0.01)。结论脑立清胶囊联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病合并高血压的疗效明显,调节血清Salusin-β和Apelin水平可能是其疗效途径之一。AIM To investigate the efficacy of Naoliqing capsule combined with trimetazidine in treating coronary heart disease complicated with hypertension and its effect on serum levels of Salusin-βand Apelin.METHODS Totally 90 patients with coronary heart disease complicated with hypertension were selected from July 2016 to July 2018 and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group(45 patients in each group)according to the random number table method.Both groups were given with routine therapy.The control group was given with trimetazidine(20 mg,po,tid)on this basis.On basis of the control group,the observation group was orally treated with Naoliqing capsule(3 grains,po,bid).After treatment of 12 weeks,blood pressure,heart function,and serum levels of Salusin-βand Apelin were compared between 2 groups.RESULTS Compared with the control group,left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD)and left ventricular end-systolic diameter(LVESD)of the observation group were significant decreased,while left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),maximum blood flow velocity in early diastolic/late diastolic(E/A),and total distance in 6 minute walk test(6 MWT)were significantly increased(P<0.01).After treatment,the mean systolic blood pressure(24 h SBP)and diastolic blood pressure(24 h DBP)of 2 groups were significantly reduced(P<0.01),but there was no statistically significant difference in 24 h SBP and 24 h DBP between 2 groups(P>0.05).After treatment,compared with the control group,serum level of Salusin-βwas significantly lower and the level of Apelin was significantly higher in the observation group(P<0.01).CONCLUSION The efficacy of Naoliqing capsule combined with trimetazidine in treating coronary heart disease complicated with hypertension is significant,and regulation of serum levels of Salusin-βand Apelin may be one of effective ways.
