以文化科技深度融合推进现代公共文化服务发展

摘　　要：现代公共文化服务发展迫切需要文化科技深度融合,而文化科技深度融合可以带给公共文化服务以新的特点,包括推进公共文化服务和文化产业的融合发展、使公共文化服务的共建共享成为可能而且使公共文化服务具有社会效益和经济效益。但是当前公共文化服务领域的文化科技融合还存在着公共文化服务内容难以满足人民需要、文化共性关键技术的研发和融合有待加强、融合存在体制障碍以及公共文化投入比重较低和结构失衡的问题。建议围绕人民需求推进公共文化内容的科技化、让科技创新具有丰富的文化内涵、推进多元主体参与公共文化服务创新并引导社会力量加大公共文化投入。The development of modern public cultural services needs the deep integration of culture and science and technology urgently.The deep integration of culture and science and technology can bring new characteristics to public cultural services.The new characteristics include integrating the development of public cultural services and cultural industries,making the co-construction and sharing of public cultural services possible and letting the public cultural services possess social and economic benefits.However,there are still problems in the integration of culture and science and technology in the field of public cultural services,such as the difficulty in meeting the people’s needs,the weak research and integration of the cultural common key technologies,the institutional barriers of integration and the low proportion and structural imbalance of public cultural investment.It is suggested to promote the scientificalization and technicalization of public cultural content around the people’s needs,to make scientific and technological innovation possess rich cultural connotation,to promote the participation of multiple subjects in public cultural service innovation,and to guide social forces to increase public cultural investment.
