摘　　要：针对工厂不同监控管理系统的融合需要,基于ModbusRTU协议,通过采用西门子PCS7过程控制系统DCS以及ET200SP远程I/O模块中的CM-PtP模块,使得电能计量的多功能仪表被集成至生产监控管理系统中,本文深入讨论了Modbus RTU通讯协议的特点和控制方式,以及多功能仪表与DCS系统的网络连接方式,并从已经实现的工程角度阐述了通讯的步骤和方法,以及一些调试过程中问题的解决方法。Fusion of different monitoring management system of the factory needs, based on the Modbus RTU protocol, by adopting Siemens PCS7 control system and the CM-PtP module belong to ET200 SP series, making electricity measurement of multifunctional instrument be integrated into the production monitoring system, this paper further discusses the characteristics of the Modbus RTU protocol and control mode. And the multi-function instrument and DCS system network connection, and from the point of view of the engineering has been achieved communication steps and methods, as well as some debugging problems in the process of the solution.
