摘 要:针对传统的电力系统继电保护信息应用效率低等问题,提出了基于泛在电力物联网技术的继电保护信息应用的设计思路。以现有的电力二次设备在线监视与分析系统为主体,充分利用物联网、大数据技术建立设备身份识别、状态感知、数据采集、实时传输、智能分析和移动发布的生成数据全链条自动化管理模式,从而构建可视化、主动化、移动化及智能化的继电保护在线管控体系。实际工程应用表明:所提出的继电保护信息应用系统有效提升了继电保护运维的智能化水平,实现了继电保护运维工作的高效、可靠及安全。Aiming at the inefficiency of traditional relay protection information application in power system, the design idea of relay protection information application based on ubiquitous Internet of Things technology is proposed. Taking the existing on-line monitoring and analysis system of power secondary equipment as the main body, making full use of the Internet of Things and big data technology to establish the automatic management mode of equipment identification, state perception, data acquisition, real-time transmission, intelligent analysis and mobile publishing generation data, so as to build a visual, active, mobile and intelligent on-line management and control system of relay protection. The practical application shows that the proposed relay protection information application system effectively improves the intelligent level of relay protection operation and maintenance,and achieves high efficiency, reliability and safety of relay protection operation and maintenance.
