摘 要:在交直流混合微电网的推广应用中,直流短路是一个需要面对的重要问题,而直流故障穿越是系统中设备必备的能力。本文首先介绍了混合微电网的系统架构,明确了现有DC/AC变流器在面对直流短路时存在的问题;其次,提出了一种直流侧带自阻断能力的变流器拓扑,结合具有直流故障在线检测能力的故障穿越控制保护策略,分析了直流故障穿越的机理和控制保护过程;最后,对直流故障穿越方案进行仿真及实验验证,验证结果表明了所提直流故障穿越方案的有效性。In the promotion and application of AC/DC hybrid microgrid, DC short circuit is an important problem to be faced, and DC fault traversing is an essential capability of equipment in the system. Firstly, the system architecture of hybrid microgrid is introduced, and the existing problems of DC/AC converters in the face of DC short circuit are clarified. Secondly, a converter topology with self-blocking capability on the DC side is proposed, combined with the fault traversing control protection strategy with DC fault online detection capability, the mechanism of DC fault traversal and the control protection process are analyzed. Finally, the DC fault traversing scheme is verified by simulation and experiments. The verification results show the effectiveness of the proposed scheme.
