关于企业固体废物污染防治的思索与探讨

摘　　要：2020年,新《固体废物污染环境防治法》修订发布,于9月1日起施行。在政府监督管理严、处罚力度大、环境要求越来越高的情况下,企业如何做好固体废物的管理,将成为一项长期而又任重道远的工作。文章以两起案例为切入点,《固体废物污染环境防治法》为准绳,通过对工业固体废物管理现状进行分析,提出固体废物管理提升的方法措施,从而进一步规范固体废物管理。In 2020,the new "Law on the Prevention and Control of Environmental Pollution by Solid Wastes" will be revised and issued and will come into force on September 1.With strict government supervision and management,heavy penalties,and increasing environmental requirements,how companies manage solid waste will become a long-term and arduous task.This article uses two cases as the starting point,and the "Solid Waste Pollution Prevention and Control Law" as the criterion.Through the analysis of the status quo of industrial solid waste management,methods and measures to improve solid waste management are proposed to further standardize solid waste management.
