摘 要:采用连续流动分析法和纳氏试剂分光光度法对地表水中的氨氮进行测定和比较,两者测定结果有较大差别。连续流动分析法测定的氨氮浓度总体低于纳氏试剂分光光度法。鉴于地表水成分复杂,使用纳氏试剂分光光度法测定过程中虽经絮凝处理,但可能仍不能屏蔽全部金属离子的干扰,对氨氮浓度测定的准确性有一定影响,而流动分析方法是基于水杨酸分光光度法,使用柠檬酸三钠作为掩蔽剂,有效屏蔽了金属离子的干扰,且具有试剂安全、操作简便、分析速度快、检测精准度高等特点,建议推广流动分析法测定地表水中的氨氮。The continuous flow analysis and Nessler’s reagent spectrophotometry were used to determine the content of ammonia nitrogen in surface water.There is some difference between the two methods.Concentration determined by continuous flow analysis was generally lower than that by Nessler’s reagent spectrophotometry.Given the complex composition of surface water,although flocculation treatment is used in the process of determination with Nessler’s reagent spectrophotometry, the interference of all metal ions cannot be guaranteed to be shielded,so it maybe still has certain influence on the accuracy of determination.However,continuous flow analysis is based on the salicylic acid spectrophotometry.As a masking agent,trisodium citrate effectively blocks the interference of metal ions.So continuous flow analysis has the characteristics of safe reagent,simple operation, fast analysis speed and high detection accuracy.It is suggested to popularize the continuous flow analysis for the determination of ammonia nitrogen in surface water.
