摘  要:采用在线蒸馏连续流动注射仪测定黑臭水体中的氨氮浓度,该方法灵敏度高,蒸馏过程全在密闭管路中进行,样品损失少,精密度和准确度都很好。在0~2.5mg/L范围内具有良好的线性关系,相关系数r=0.9997,检出限为0.02mg/L,加标回收率为97.8%~101.0%,有证标准物质的测定值均在参考值范围。该法操作简便,自动化程度高,检测结束直接得到浓度结果,大大提高了分析速率,减少了人工消耗,适用于大批量水样的分析。By continuous flow injection on-line distillation apparatus for determination of ammonia nitrogen in the black and odorous waters concentration,high sensitivity,the method of distillation process in airtight pipeline,loss of samples,the precision and accuracy are good, within 0 ~ 2.5 mg/L has a good linear relationship,the correlation coefficient is r=0.9997,the detection limit for standard addition recovery is 0.02 mg/L,the recovery rates were between 97.8% and 101.0%.This method is easy to operate,highly automated,and can directly obtain the concentration result after the test,which greatly improves the analysis rate and reduces the manual consumption, and is suitable for the analysis of large quantities of water samples.
