摘 要:火电行业是大气污染物排放贡献以及减排潜力较大的行业,被列为"十三五"期间吉林省开展节能减排的重点行业。文章通过脱硫脱硝、超低排放和电力关闭三方面主要改造工程来测算SO2和NOx的减排潜力。结果显示:"十三五"期间吉林省火电行业SO2和NOx削减总量分别为7.27万t和17.12万t,吉林市和长春市是减排贡献最大的两个行政区,减排前景乐观。The thermal power industry is an industry which is not only with great contribution to the emission of air pollutants but also with great potentiality of reduction, so it is defined as a key industry for energy conservation and emission reduction in Jilin province during the 13 th five-year plan period.In this paper,the potentiality of reduction of SO2 and NOx is calculated through three major renovation projects of desulfurization and denitration, ultra-low emission and power shutdown.The results show that the total reduction of SO2 and NOx in the thermal power industry in Jilin province during the 13 th five-year plan period is 72,700 tons and 171,200 tons, respectively.Jilin City and Changchun City are the two administrative regions with the largest contribution to emission reduction,and the emission reduction prospects are optimistic.
