排污单位污染治理设施用电监管系统研究

摘　　要：为加强环境监管力度,实现对排污单位污染治理设施的精准监管,河南省在全省涉气排污单位建设了污染治理设施用电监管系统。文章介绍了污染治理设施用电监管系统的架构、技术要求和功能,对现场点位布设、设备安装、数据通信、平台功能等关键技术要求进行了重点研究,以期为排污单位污染治理设施用电监管工作提供借鉴。In order to strengthen the environmental supervision and realize the precise supervision of pollution control facilities of pollutant discharge units,He’nan Province has built the power consumption supervision system of pollution control facilities in the pollutant discharging units.This paper introduces the structure,technical requirements and functions of the power consumption supervision system of pollution control facilities,and focuses on the key technical requirements of monitoring point setting,equipment installation,data communication,platform functions,which will provide reference for the power consumption supervision of pollution control facilities in the pollutant discharging units.
