摘 要:通过数值模拟,研究空气含量、Re及波节高度对含空气的水蒸汽管内凝结特性的影响。模拟结果表明:随空气含量的增加壁面平均传热系数减小,光滑管的减小幅度大于波节管;波节管内流体的流动与换热过程均呈现振荡趋势;在单个波节内,波节下游的壁面平均传热系数约为波节上游的3倍,波节下游在波节管强化传热中起着决定性作用;随着波节高度增加,波节管内壁面平均传热系数先增大后减小,拐点处波节高度值为0.007m;随着波节高度增加,波节管内摩擦阻力系数先增加后趋于稳定甚至减小,拐点处波节高度值为0.009 m。This paper presents a numerical investigation on the condensation characteristics of vapor with non-condensable gas in corrugated tubes.Several 2D examples with different air contents,Reynolds numbers and the wave height of corrugated tubes are studied and compared.Results show that along with the increase of air content,the wall average heat transfer coefficient decreases in the corrugated tube.The oscillation of fluid flow and heat transfer is generated due to the corrugated structure.Within a single wave node,the wall average heat transfer coefficient in downstream of the crest is twice larger than that in upstream of crest.The downstream of crest in corrugated tube plays a decisive role in the enhancement of heat transfer process.Along with the increase of the wave height of corrugated tubes,the wall average heat transfer coefficient first increases and then decreases in the corrugated tube.At the inflection point of the heat transfer coefficient variation,the nodal height of the tube is 0.007 m.Along with the increase of the wave height of corrugated tubes,the friction drag coefficient first increases and then stabilizes and decreases in the corrugated tube.At the inflection point of the friction drag coefficient variation,the nodal height of the tube is 0.009 m.
