摘  要:称量法广泛用于标准气体的制备,而气瓶中加入气体质量的准确称量对于获得准确的标准气体浓度定值结果具有重大的影响。获得准确的气体质量测量结果除了要采用高精度和高准确度的称量天平外,环境对于气瓶称量结果的影响也需要考虑。通过一套高精度的气瓶自动称量系统,研究环境等因素对气瓶质量称量的影响。控制环境温度,优化气瓶充装的操作过程,有利于缩小随机效应对气体质量称量准确性的影响。The gravimetric method is widely used in the preparation of standard gas,and the accurate weighing of the gas mass added to the gas cylinder has a significant impact on the accurate determination of the concentration of standard gas. In addition to the high precision and accuracy of the weighing balance,the influence of the environment on the weighing results should also be taken into consideration to obtain accurate gas mass measurement results. In this paper,the influence of the environment and other factors on the weighing of gas cylinder is studied by implementing a high-precision cylinder automatic weighing system. The results show that controlling the ambient temperature and optimizing the cylinder filling process is conducive to reduce the impact of the random effect on the accuracy of gas mass weighing.
