摘 要:为解决配电网规划现状分析中涉及数据量大难处理、不够准确等问题,文章提出基于规划工具的数据处理及配电网规划现状分析相关指标数据计算方法。首先,对某地市供电公司电网运行源数据进行格式转换,生成可视化程度较高、易于处理的Excel格式文件;接着,通过运用数据清洗流程生成计算配电网规划现状分析指标的基础数据;在建立基础数据与标准电网设备台账信息一一对应关系后,将基础数据进行配电网规划现状分析指标计算属性标识;最后阐述了配电网规划现状分析相关指标计算流程。文中以河北省某地市级供电公司2019年度电网运行数据为例,应用提出方法计算了配电网规划现状分析相关数据。计算结果显示,相关电网现状指标数据反映了当地电网在变电规模、设备运行、网架结构等方面情况及存在问题,可为“十四五”规划建设重点方向提供理论依据。In order to solve the problems of large amount of data and inaccuracy in the analysis of distribution network planning status,this paper proposes calculation method of relevant index data of distribution network planning status analysis and data processing based on planning tools. Firstly,the grid operation source data of a city power supply company is converted into Excel format file with high visualization and easy to handle;then,the basic data for calculation of distribution network planning status analysis indicators is generated by using data cleaning process;after establishing one-to-one correspondence between basic data and standard grid equipment account information,the basic data is distributed. Finally,the calculation process of the relevant indicators of distribution network planning status analysis is described. Taking the power grid operation data of a city power supply company in Hebei as an example,this paper calculates the index data of distribution network planning status analysis by using the proposed method. The calculation results show that the relevant index data of distribution network planning status analysis reflect the local power grid in terms of power transformation scale,equipment operation,grid structure and other aspects and existing problems,which can provide theoretical basis for the key direction of the " fourteenth five year plan" construction.
