摘  要:为了满足电子对抗发射系统的大功率输出需求,针对超宽带大功率射频信号带内谐波问题,提出一种可实现谐波调谐电路的方法:利用镜像Lange电桥进行功率合成,实现带内谐波的有效压制。通过实际电路测试表明:90°镜像lange电桥具有2.5 dB的带内谐波抑制能力,符合理论推断。此电路设计方法对超宽带大功率放大器组件的合成效率和耐功率水平有很大的提升,也为双路输出放大器设计奠定了基础。In order to meet the requirements of high power output for electronic countermeasure transmitting system,a method to realize the harmonic tuning circuit is proposed in this paper aiming at the in-band harmonics problem of ultrawide-band high power radio frequency signal.The effective suppression of harmonics in the band is realized by using the mirroring Lange bridge for power synthesis.Through the actual circuit test,it is shown that the 90°mirroring Lange bridge has 2.5 dB in-band harmonic suppression capability,which is in line with theoretical inference.This circuit design method can greatly improve the synthesis efficiency and power tolerance level of ultrawide-band high power amplifier components as well as lay a foundation for the design of dual-output amplifier.
