摘 要:海上风电场的大规模建设,对观通雷达、船舶导航雷达、自动识别系统(AIS)、短波通讯电台的工作性能会产生重要影响。为获取量化数据,并为海上风电场建设提供技术支撑,采用车载大功率信号源发射信号,频谱仪、示波器、光电设备和必要的信号接收设备在运维船接收信号,进行大丰海域风电场的信号测试。试验证明海上风电场会造成雷达信号的散射、绕射和遮挡,对短波电台和AIS的影响较小,与理论仿真结果基本一致。The massive construction of offshore wind farm plays a great influence on the working performance of observation and communication radar,marine navigation radar,automatic identification system(AIS),short wave communication radio.For obtaining the quantitative data and proving technical support for the construction of offshore wind farm,this paper uses the vehicle-borne high power signal source to transmit the signals,spectrum analyzer,oscilloscope,electro-optical equipment and necessary signal receiving equipments to receive the signals in the operation and maintenance ship,performs signal test at Dafeng offshore wind farm.Tests prove that the offshore wind farm may cause the radar signal scattering,diffracting and sheltering,but the influences on short-wave radio and AIS are weak,which is basically consistent with the theoretical simulation results.
