摘 要:采用3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷(APTES)对经破碎、筛分得到粒径为0.8~1.2 mm的废弃啤酒瓶玻璃滤料进行表面改性,制备出一种新型改性玻璃滤料。采用其过滤微污染原水,在进水浊度为4 NTU、腐殖酸浓度为5 mg/L、细小颗粒物(粒径范围为2~180μm)含量为9 551个/m L的条件下,改性玻璃滤料对浊度、腐殖酸、细小颗粒物的去除率分别达到62.5%、67%和66%,而石英砂的相应去除率仅为37.5%、55%和10%。改性最佳工艺条件如下:偶联剂浓度为10%、温度为110℃、反应时间为12 h。玻璃滤料改性后比表面积由0.326 m2/g变为3.451 m2/g,等电点的p H值由2.3提高到9,而石英砂的比表面积仅为0.293 m2/g,等电点的p H值仅为1。Surface of waste beer bottle glass filter media with particle size of 0.8-1.2 mm after crushing and screening was modified by 3-aminopropyl triethoxysilane(APTES)to prepare a new modified filtration medium.Filtration experiment of micro-polluted water showed that the removal rates of turbidity(initial concentration of 4 NTU),humic acid(initial concentration of 5 mg/L)and fine particles(initial concentration of 9551 pcs/mL with particle size of 2-180μm)by the modified glass filter media were 62.5%,67%and 66%,respectively.However,the removal rates of them by quartz sand were only 37.5%,55%and 10%,respectively.The optimum conditions of modification were coupling agent concentration of 10%,reaction temperature of 110℃and reaction time of 12 hours.After modification,specific surface area of the glass filter media increased from 0.326 m2/g to 3.451 m2/g,and isoelectric point pH increased from 2.3 to 9,which were much higher than those of quartz sand(0.293 m2/g and 1).
