氯普鲁卡因在剖宫产产妇麻醉过程中的镇痛及抗应激效果优势分析

摘　　要：目的研究氯普鲁卡因在剖宫产产妇麻醉过程中的镇痛及抗应激效果优势。方法选择从2019年1月到2019年5月在我院进行剖宫产分娩的产妇154例作为观察对象,按照随机数字表法将患者分成观察组及对照组各77例,对照组予以利多卡因麻醉镇痛,观察组予以氯普鲁卡因麻醉镇痛,比较两组镇痛效果,应激指标,以及不良反应。结果观察组麻醉起效的时间及痛觉消失的时间均较对照组明显更少(P<0.05)。两组麻醉前和给药后20min的各项应激指标相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组的不良反应为6.49%,较对照组的7.79%的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论氯普鲁卡因在剖宫产产妇麻醉过程中的镇痛效果及抗应激效果均较好,安全性较佳,值得给予推广和应用。Objective To study the analgesic and anti-stress effects of chloroprocaine in cesarean section women during anesthesia.Methods 154 parturients who delivered by cesarean section in our hospital from January 2019 to May 2019 were selected as observation objects.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into observation group and control group,77 cases in each group.The control group was given lidocaine anesthesia for analgesia,while the observation group was given chloroprocaine anesthesia for analgesia.The analgesic effect and stress of the two groups were compared.Indicators and adverse reactions.Results The onset time of anesthesia and the time of pain disappearance in the observation group were significantly less than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in stress indexes between the two groups before anesthesia and 20 minutes after administration(P>0.05).The adverse reactions in the observation group were 6.49%,which was not significantly different from 7.79%in the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion The analgesic effect and anti-stress effect of chloroprocaine in cesarean section women during anesthesia are better,and the safety is better.It is worth popularizing and applying.
