摘 要:以白云鄂博超级铁精矿为原料,采用固相烧结法合成了M型锶铁氧体。通过采用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、场发射扫描电子显微镜(FE-SEM)、振动样品磁强计(VSM)对合成样品进行检测,考察了不同烧结温度和保温时间对M型锶铁氧体磁粉物相、形貌及磁性能的影响。结果表明:在烧结温度1200℃、保温时间1~5 h的条件下,利用超级铁精粉均可制备出性能良好的M型锶铁氧体,其样品均为单一的磁铅石相,晶粒呈规则的六角形板状结构,其饱和磁化强度(MS)和剩余磁化强度(Mr)在1200℃、保温时间3 h的条件下达到最大值,分别为71.89和36.32 A·m2/kg,而矫顽力(HC)随保温时间的延长递减。相较于纯Fe2O3粉末及其他超级铁精粉,采用白云鄂博超级铁精矿制备的锶铁氧体矫顽力明显提高。M-type strontium ferrites were prepared with Bayan Obo super iron concentrate by solid state reaction method.Effects of different sintering temperatures and holding time on the phases,morphology and magnetic properties of M-type strontium ferrite were investigated by means of XRD,FE-SEM and VSM.The experimental results show that under the condition of sintering temperature of 1200℃and holding time of 1—5 h,the M-type strontium ferrites with excellent performance can be synthesized from super iron concentrate,the samples are found with single magnetoplumbite structure and regular hexagonal tabular grains.The saturation magnetization(MS)and remanent magnetization(Mr)reach their maximum values of 71.89 and 36.32 A·m2/kg respectively at 1200℃for 3 h,while the coercivity(HC)decreases with the increase of holding time.Compared with the samples prepared from pure Fe2O3 powder and other super iron powder,the coercivity of strontium ferrite prepared by Bayan Obo super iron concentrate get obviously improved.
