摘 要:在传统油气悬架的基础上设计开发了一套新型油气悬架系统。该悬架在原点位置刚度可调,理论上可实现原点刚度为正、刚度为零,乃至实现刚度为负值。提出了悬架在原点位置零刚度的匹配设计方法及设计边界。分析了该新型悬架系统在原点位置稳定性的条件。利用能量法获取了新型油气悬架无阻尼条件下在平衡位置自由振动的相图,得到了悬架自由振动频率与振幅间的非线性关系。本文的研究丰富了油气悬架设计理论,为油气悬架的设计和分析提供了新的设计理论和方法。A new type of hydropneumatic suspension system was designed based on the traditional hydropneumatic suspension.The stiffness of the new suspension at the origin position can be adjusted,and theoretically the stiffness of suspension can be positive,zero or even negative.A matching design method and boundary for the suspension parameters at the origin were given for the new hydropneumatic suspension system when the suspension has zero stiffness at the origin position.The stability conditions of the new suspension system at the origin position was analyzed.The phase diagrams of the new suspension system under the free vibration conditions in balance position was obtained without damping,and the nonlinear relationship between the free vibration frequency and the amplitude of the suspension was obtained.This research enriches the design theory of hydro pneumatic suspension and provides a new design method for the design of hydropneumatic suspension.
