摘　　要：对4004合金420mm×1320mm规格铸锭进行熔铸工艺及Sr变质工艺研究,并对铸锭进行化学成分分析、低倍组织、高倍显微组织观察;结果表明,不采用纯铝铺底的方式开头及采用Sr变质,同样可以铸造出质量满足要求的4004合金扁铸锭。In this paper,the melting casting process and Sr metamorphosis process of 4004 alloy ingot with a specification of 420mm×1320mm are studied,and the chemical composition analysis,low-power microstructure and high-power microstructure are observed.The results show that 4004 alloy flat ingot with satisfactory quality can be cast without pure aluminum substrate and Sr metamorphosis.
