摘　　要：文章研究了辊模对Sn-Zn合金、纯锌、锌合金及锡铜合金等低强度软钎料金属拉拔时,所呈现的低宽展特征,反张力因素导致的负宽展现象,以及两对拉辊各自的断面缩减率变形特征。基于以上研究结果,选择了与之匹配的辊模孔型,合理的断面减缩率,设计了定量调整辊缝的结构,简化了辊模结构,降低了配装调整技术要求,提高了辊模拉拔效率,使之更适合软钎料金属减径加工。In this paper,the characteristics of low width expansion,negative width expansion caused by reverse tension and deformation characteristics of section reduction rate of two pairs of drawing rollers during the drawing of low strength solder alloys such as Sn-Zn alloy,pure Zn,Zn alloy and Sn-Cu alloy are studied.Based on the above research results,the matching roll die pass and reasonable section reduction rate are selected,the structure of quantitative adjustment roll gap is designed,the roll die structure is simplified,the technical requirements of configuration adjustment are reduced,the drawing efficiency of roll die is improved,and it is more suitable for metal reducing machining of solder alloy.
