摘　　要：作为污水处理系统中的主要污染物,污泥处置不当会对环境造成严重的影响,甚至影响人类的正常生活。本文介绍了一个利用低温干化技术处理市政和工业污泥的工程实例。本项目处理能力20000m^3/d,通过应用低温干化技术的系统工艺流程,将污泥含水率由80%降低到了30%。系统主要包括除湿系统、网带式干燥系统和电气自控系统等。该工程证明低温干化技术对污泥干化工程具有明显的环境效益和经济效益,对污泥干化技术的进一步发展具有指导意义。As the main pollutant in sewage treatment system,improper disposal of sludge will cause serious impact on the environment and even affect the normal life of human beings.This paper introduces an engineering example of using low temperature drying technology to treat municipal and industrial sludge.The treatment capacity of the project is 20000m^3/D.The water content of sludge is reduced from 80%to 30%through the application of low temperature drying technology.The engineering system mainly includes dehumidification system,mesh belt drying system and electrical automatic control system.The project proves that the low temperature drying technology has obvious environmental and economic benefits for sludge drying engineering,and has guiding significance for the further development of sludge drying technology.
