摘  要:针对如家酒店的零售问题和场景特点,结合新零售用户体验设计方法提出设计优化策略。将新零售与用户体验结合,建立全息消费者画像-用户零售需求定位、分析购物流程-用户体验旅程分析、重构人货场-用户触点的拆解与重构的新零售用户体验设计方法,并针对如家酒店场景进行零售体验的分析。通过情感化零售品牌塑造、传统零售终端的智能化升级、线上商城融合线下场景体验的导购方式和基于用户细分的零售场景布局等策略能够提升如家酒店的新零售用户体验。In view of the retail problems and scene characteristics of Home Inns,combined with the new retail user experience design method,the design optimization strategy is proposed.Combining new retail with user experience,a new retail user experience design method of holographic consumer image user retail demand positioning,analysis of shopping process user experience journey analysis,reconstruction of people and goods yard user contact disassembly and reconstruction is established,and the retail experience is analyzed for the scene of Home Inns.Through the strategies of emotional retail brand building,intelligent upgrading of traditional retail terminals,online shopping mall integration of offline scene experience shopping guide and retail scene layout based on user segmentation,the new retail user experience of Home Inns can be improved.
