摘　　要：以电厂发电机定子绕组出线A相手包绝缘不合格为案例,分析阐述事件原因及过程处理,挖掘适合后续类似项目手包绝缘施工的工序与方法,并提出了规避类似事件再次发生的预防措施。Taking power plant generator stator winding outgoing A-phase hand bag insulation as a case.Analyze and explain the cause and process of the incident,excavate procedures and methods suitable for subsequent similar project hand bag insulation construction,and proposed preventive measures to avoid the recurrence of similar incidents.
