摘　　要：结合交通强国和智能航运建设的相关要求,分析了当前中国沿海宽带网络的现状,分析了建设条件,提出了搭建中国沿海海事宽带通信专用网了总体目标、主要架构以及使用场景。Combining with the relevant requirements of a strong transportation country and intelligent shipping construction,it analyzes the current status of China’s coastal broadband network,analyzes the construction conditions,and proposes the overall goal,main architecture and usage scenarios of the construction of China’s coastal maritime broadband communications dedicated network.
