置换注浆法在处理灌注桩底部沉渣的应用研究

摘　　要：桩底沉渣是冲(钻)孔灌注桩的常见质量缺陷之一。为有效处理桩底沉渣,针对置换注浆法的工艺做法进行了详细说明。工程实例表明:置换注浆可有效消除沉渣过厚对桩基承载力的不利影响,在确保桩基安全的前提下,尽可能减小对工期和造价的影响。Bottom sediment is one of the common quality defects of cast-in-place pile.In order to effectively deal with the sediment at the bottom of pile,the process of substitution grouting method is described in detail.The results show that the displacement of sediment can eliminate the adverse effect on the bearing capacity of pile.On the premise of ensuring the safety of pile foundation,the impact on construction period and cost should be reduced as much as possible.
