摘 要:近几年台湾企业赴闽投资量和工程建设量稳步增长,与此同时海绵城市的试点建设工作在大陆地区逐步推广。因海峡两岸标准体系不同,台资工程在绿色建筑评价和海绵城市建设中存在着关键指标无法换算等问题。通过分析、对比海峡两岸绿色建筑评价标准体系中海绵城市的相关要求,在假设年径流总量控制率和综合径流系数相加近似等于1的基础上,可以实现年径流总量控制率和基地保水指标间的等效换算,提出的换算公式可给予台湾企业及设计人员参考。The amount of Taiwan Residents enterprises'investment and construction projects has increased steadily in Fujian in recent years.At the same time,the pilot construction of sponge city has been gradually promoted in the mainland.Due to the different standard systems between the two sides of the Taiwan Straits,Taiwan-invested projects have problems such as index conversion existed in green building evaluation and sponge city construction.The essay analyzes and compares the relevant requirements of sponge cities in the green building evaluation standard system between the two sides of the Taiwan Straits.Based on the assumption that the volume capture ratio of annual rainfall plus the integrated runoff coefficient approximately equal to 1,an equivalent conversion between the volume capture ratio of annual rainfall and the water retention indicator.can be achieved.The equivalent conversion formula can be used as reference for Taiwan Residents companies and designers.
