外支架治疗Ⅱ型不稳定性锁骨肩峰端骨折的临床效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨应用外支架治疗锁骨肩峰端骨折的使用方法及临床疗效.方法:2016年9月-2019年10月采用外支架治疗的Ⅱ型不稳定性锁骨肩峰端骨折21例,全为闭合性骨折,男14例,女7例,年龄28-64岁,根据Neer分型均为Ⅱ型不稳定性骨折.结果:所有病例均随访,时间3-12个月,本组骨折全部临床愈合,外支架保留时间5-10周,按Constant-Murley肩关节功能评分,优14例,良1例.结论:外支架在锁骨肩峰端不稳定性骨折治疗中,固定牢靠,创伤小、操作方便、肩关节功能恢复好,具有很好的应用价值.objective:To evaluate the usage method and curative effect of the distal clavicle with external fixation.Methods:From September 2016 to October 2019,21 cases of type II unstable fractures of the distal clavicle were treated with external fixator.All the cases were closed fractures.They were 14 men and 7 women,aged from 28 to 64 years.By Neer classification,they were all type II•Results:All the patients were followed up for 3 to 12 months.Fracture healing rate was 100%,the mean duration of retaining the external fixator was five to ten weeks,Constant-Murley standard was adopted to evaluate the patients function after the operation,their mean Constant score was 94 points at last follow-up.There were excellent results in 20 cases,good results in 1 case.Conclusion:External fixation for the treatment of the distal clavicle is characterized by firm fixation,little wound,easy operation,good recovery of shoulder joint function,it has good application value.
