摘 要:目的:探讨微创技术治疗复杂型膝关节周围骨折的临床研究.方法:选取2017年12月-2019年12月我院收治的复杂型膝关节周围骨折患者39例,以随机数字法分为观察组20例,对照组19例,对照组给予传统钢板固定治疗,观察组给予微创技术治疗.结果:观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术中出血量、住院时间、术后肠道功能恢复时间以及手术操作时间均低于对照组(P<0.05).结论:应用微创技术对复杂型膝关节周围骨折患者治疗效果理想,可有效减少并发症发生的可能性,使出血量也明显减少,可推广应用.Objective:To investigate the clinical study of minimally invasive technique in the treatment of complex fractures around the knee joint.Methods:A total of 39 patients with complex peri-knee fractures admitted to our hospital from December 2017 to December 2019 were selected and divided into study group(20 cases)and control group(19 cases)by random number method.The control group was treated with traditional plate fixation and the research group with minimally invasive technique.The incidence rate of complications and various clinical indicators were observed and analyzed.Results:The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The amount of intraoperative blood loss,length of hospital stay,postoperative recovery time of intestinal function and operation time in the study group were all lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of minimally invasive technique is effective in the treatment of complex knee fractures incidence rate,reduce the amount of bleeding,so that the patient as soon as possible to recover,can be widely used.
