摘　　要：目的:报告皮瓣转移联合脂肪筋膜瓣充填修复坐骨部褥疮的临床结果.方法:自2015年3月-2018年10月,甘肃省兰州市兰州手足外科医院骨科应用皮瓣转移联合脂肪筋膜瓣充填方法修复8例(男7例,女1例)坐骨部褥疮.年龄29-58岁(平均37.5岁).其中,胸腰椎骨折伴完全性脊髓损伤4例,2例为脑血管意外后长期卧床.均为坐骨部Ⅳ度褥疮,深度达骨面.结果:本组皮瓣全部成活,其中1例术后发生小的伤口裂开,经再次缝合后愈合,所有病人随访经11-38个月(平均28个月),皮瓣全部成活.没有发生褥疮复发,取得较满意的效果.结论:该项技术操作简单,不损伤肌肉功能.Objective:To report the clinical results of flap transfer combined with adipofascial flap filling for the repair of ischial pressure sores.Methods:Between March 2015 and October 2018,8 cases ischial pressure sores(7 men,l women)were reconstructed with flap transfer combined with adipofascial flap filling technique.They ranged in age from 29 to 58 years(mean 37.5y).Of the 8 cases,four cases were thoracolumbar fracture with complete spinal cord injury and 2 patients were bed redden long-term following a cerebral vascular accident.All of the patients had stage IV ischial pressure sores that extended to the bone.Results:A small wound dehiscence occurred in 1 patient but the wound was completely healed after re-suturing.All patients were followed-up from 11 to 38 months(mean,28months).All the flaps had survived completely with satisfactory clinical results.Conclusion:This technique is simple to use and does not damage muscle function.
