摘 要:基于等效媒质理论,用计算机软件设计了电介质−金属复合结构材料作为太阳能选择性吸热涂层,并在工业化生产设备上通过中频反应磁控溅射进行制备。探讨了反应气体流量与涂层光学常数的关系。场发射扫描电镜显示该涂层为多层膜结构,紫外−可见分光光度计测试后计算得到的涂层吸收比高达0.93,发射率为0.07,接近理论设计值。在铜加速乙酸盐雾试验15 h后,涂层的吸收比逐渐低于0.90,发射率大于0.12。紫外光照老化试验表明该涂层具备不低于10 d的耐久性能。Based on the effective medium theory,a dielectric-metal composite as solar-selective absorption coating was designed using computer software and prepared using an industrialized medium-frequency reactive magnetron sputtering equipment.The relationship between the reactive gas flow rate and the optical constant of the coating was discussed.The field-emission scanning electron microscopic image showed that the coating had a multilayer structure,and the ultravioletvisible spectrophotometric result showed that the absorptance and the emittance of the coating were as high as 0.93 and 0.07,which were close to its theoretical values.After 15 hours of copper-accelerated acetic acid salt spray test,the absorptance of the coating tended to be lower than 0.90 and its emittance became greater than 0.12.The result of ultraviolet-light-accelerated aging test showed that the coating had a durability of not less than 10 days.
