摘 要:在热浸镀锌钢板上刷涂不同道数的底漆、中间漆和面漆(1+1+1、1+2+1、2+1+1、2+2+1或2+2+2),通过测量漆膜体系的电化学阻抗谱,分析了等效电路中的元件参数。结果发现,漆膜附着力与表示镀锌层与漆膜之间界面双电层的常相位角元件(CPE)的弥散指数n近似呈线性关系,n越小,漆膜附着力越大。在不破坏漆膜的条件下,可以通过n值来评价漆膜附着力,从而评估漆膜的性能。The hot-dip zinc-coated steel sheets were brushed with different thicknesses of primer,midcoat,and topcoat(1+1+1,1+2+1,2+1+1,2+2+1,or 2+2+2).The electrochemical impedance spectra(EIS)of the coating systems were measured and the parameters of the components in the equivalent circuit were analyzed.The results showed that the adhesion strength of the coating had a nearly near relation to the parameter n of the constant phase element(CPE)which representing the double-layer capacitance at the interface of hot-dip zinc-coated steel sheet and coating.The smaller the n value is,the higher the adhesion strength of the coating is.It is feasible to estimate the adhesion strength of a coating nondestructively through the measurement of n,thus assessing the performance of the coating.
